BIG RUGBY DAY
IN UDINE

 
UROGALLI  Old Rugby Club Udine (Italy) had organised their "biggest" ever "Memorial Day of Udine" veteran rugby tournament , aslo this year as the part of EVRA European Series.

More than 120 veterans from six clubs took part - Urogalli and Pagnacco (both Udine), I Tandoi (Trieste), Pordenone-Oderzo (as one team) and Old Ruggers Treviso.

According to  the words of Sergio Bracci, Tournament organiser,  this Event illustrated how "working together with EVRA" on the promotion of Veteran Rugby contributed to the development of our Sport in Europe and  especailly in Italy.

On this occasion the teams were informed  about  the next EVRA European Festival that will be in Italy, hosted by I Fossilli Dolomitici Old Rugby Club in Belluno in  September 2019 . . .

During the enjoyable "third halftime" usual EVRA European Series plagues had been presented to the Urogalli Organisers and to the Oldest Memorial Player Carlo Minen (78), member of the Udine veterans.
